5 marks to success

hi all first time on the forum
I'm having a problem getting access to 5 marks to success, every time I try to access it a message pops up (Internet explorer has encountered a problem and need to close ) I'm not the the worlds best when it comes to computers, but I don't think its my computer but who knows ! any ideas ?

Welcome to the forum. this is not the first time we've encountered this problem. It seems to crop up every now and again and you're right - I don't thinks it's your computer that's the problem. Our programmer doesn't seem to be able to put it right.
I'll send you 5 marks when I get into work tomorrow. Sorry about the inconvenience.

look forward to reading it, I seem to have another problem this may be me. I loaded coltfx onto my chart and tried to space out the line as in the instructions, but all I get is lots of lines that don't do a lot.
