How can you place a indicator like RAVI so it is underneath the main chart and is below in it's own chart window?

Good question and a nice straight-forward answer.
Right click on your price chart.
Select New Area
Drag and drop indicator of your choice.
Sorted!

For indicators like RSI and Stoch, can you change the Type of line and the Line width for the horizontal line?

No, unfortunately not. You can change it only for the indicator itself. :(

How can we set Kagi up on Rumus2? whats the formula?

Hello David
You can't set Kagi up on Rumus2 at the moment. Although 5 Marks to Success used Kagi (which was available on Rumus 1), Colt FX does not and checks for trend on both hourly and dily charts using RAVI.
There are plans to have Kagi on Rumus2, but I'm not to sure when it will be available.
