When opening a position, why is the buy and sell the same?
Quote "if you buy 1000 EUR/USD you need to sell 1000 EUR/USD" -explain
or maybe I am confused. Also where are the answers to the homework?

Hello.
The price most probably will not be the same but if you open a position by buying 1000 Euro for USD, you need to sell the 1000 Euro for USD to close the position. The difference between the price you buy at and the price you sell for will be your profit/loss.
Also where are the answers to the homework?
