To reproduce just click on the News tab.
The work-around is to left-click in the News window and select Properties.
Then change the Provider field in the property panel to Dow Jones (English)
and click Apply.

Yes, that's right purpleskye, the news stream comes in two languages. Choose the one that's best for you.
